Fifth DIZH Project Call: 12 new projects approved

In its fifth project call, the DIZH is funding twelve projects. These projects are characterized by their innovative strength, social relevance, and strong practical relevance. They range from intensive care units to classrooms to forensic institutes, from ancient inscriptions to deepfake voices.

The twelve projects are being realized by interdisciplinary teams from all four DIZH universities, combining research and practice. The projects use various technologies and methodological approaches. For example, artificial intelligence digitizes handwritten children's vaccination cards, eye tracking analyzes reading processes, and speech recognition records symptoms of dementia.

Reason to celebrate: The DSI and its members are represented in ten of the twelve funded projects. We offer our heartfelt congratulations and wish all involved much joy and success.
