Congratulations to Two DSI Members
The DSI congratulates Nina Hartrampf on her promotion to Associate Professor at UZH and Kai Niebert on his appointment to the German «Rat für Nachhaltige Entwicklung».
Nina Hartrampf has been Assistant Professor with Tenure Track for Next Generation Synthesis at the University of Zurich since 2020. As of 1 July 2026, she has been promoted to Associate Professor by the University Council.
Kai Niebert, Associate Professor for Natural Science Education at the Institute of Education at UZH, has been appointed by the German Federal Chancellor as a member of the «Rat für Nachhaltige Entwicklung» (RNE). The RNE advises the federal government on sustainability policy, implements its own projects to advance sustainability in practice, and provides impetus for political and societal dialogue.
