Participants Wanted: Study on AI-Generated Academic Websites
DSI Postdoc Oriane Pierrès invites researchers with a personal academic website to participate in a study testing an AI-based website generation tool. The required effort is low, participation is flexible, and a small token of appreciation is provided.
The study is open to researchers at all career stages (from doctoral candidates to full professors) who own a personal academic website and would like to try an AI tool for automated website creation. The study uses the tool «Lovable», which generates websites based on natural-language descriptions. No technical skills or programming knowledge are required.
The study consists of three steps: a short pre-study survey of approximately five minutes, the generation of a website with «Lovable» based on a few simple instructions (around 30 minutes), and a final questionnaire of about ten minutes. Participation is possible between until January 5, 2026.
