Hands-on 3 ECTS Innovathon course in Fall 2025
The open innovation format «UZH Innovathon: The Digitalization of Mobility» between September 11 and October 3, 2025 offers students the possibility to work on real-world problems that are posed by practice partners. Challenges revolve around the topic «digitalization of mobility».
In the «UZH Innovathon: The Digitalization of Mobility», students work in interdisciplinary groups and gain innovation skills by going through a design sprint process. They will immerse in the topic from the perspectives of different academic disciplines, taught by lecturers from the DSI Community Mobility.
In the second part of the course, equipped with an innovation manual and guided by experienced facilitators and researchers, students develop creative solutions to real-world challenges from the highly relevant developments around the digitalization of mobility. Ideas are pitched in front of a jury, and prizes await the best teams. Applications can be submitted between August 13 and August 26, 2025.
