Warmest congratulations
We are delighted to congratulate three valued members of the DSI on their promotions. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Aniko Hannak, Titus Neupert, and Markus Christen. We wish them continued success.
DSI Professor Aniko Hannak, previously Assistant Professor with tenure track, was promoted to Associate Professor of Social Computing, effective September 1, 2025.
DSI Co-Director Titus Neupert was promoted to Full Professor of Theoretical Physics of Condensed Matter as of September 1, 2025. He was previously an Associate Professor in this field.
DSI Managing Director Markus Christen was awarded an honorary professorship at the UZH Faculty of Medicine this summer.
We wish all three of them every success and enjoyment in their work.
