Call for Papers: 6th Annual Digital Democracy Workshop
The DSI Community Democracy is inviting paper submissions on the relationship between digital technology and democracy in the broadest sense for its 6th Annual Digital Democracy Workshop to be held in Zurich on November 13 - 14, 2025.

The DSI Community Democracy is particularly interested in topics such as the role of social media and AI in political communication and public opinion, e-government and public administration, AI and governance, civic tech and political participation, the regulation of tech platforms, and state repression and digital surveillance, among others.
The deadline for submission of abstracts (up to 500 words) for the workshop is May 31, 2025. Find the submission page at this link. Acceptance notifications will be sent by July 11, 2025.

The 6th Annual Digital Democracy Workshop is organized by the DSI Community Democracy. It aims to foster exchange and collaboration among scholars from different substantive fields working on these topics and will take place in Zurich on November 13 and 14, 2025.
