First DIZH Founder Call: Congratulations and good luck

The DIZH (Digitalisierungsinitiative der Zürcher Hochschulen) has approved ten projects in the first Founder Call. We are particularly pleased about four projects from members of the DSI, congratulate them warmly and wish them every success.

The first Founder Call of the DIZH (Digitalisierungsinitiative der Zürcher Hochschulen) enables projects from the idea to the proof of concept that aim to found a start-up or spin-off: ten projects were approved in January 2024.

We are delighted that four projects by DSI members are among them:
 

Re-Experiencing History  aims to transform historical texts into visual representations, making «lost» history accessible to all.

FlowTeams has been proven to support teams of knowledge workers in finding a more sustainable balance between focus and teamwork.

Clinical decision support system for the interpretation of blood lab results and diagnosis based on them uses machine learning and data from the University Hospital Zurich to develop a software solution that suggests the most likely diagnoses for a patient based on symptoms, blood lab results, age and gender.

ClarifAI: Making the Unseen Seen with an AI-assisted Propaganda Detection and Fact-Checkin employs Large Language Models aims at fighting propaganda and disinformation in digital news.
