Sascha's research bridges educational science, media psychology, and digital learning – investigating cognitive, emotional, motivational, and meta-cognitive processes in teaching and learning with digital media. His work spans experimental and meta-analytical approaches, with a focus on topics such as emotional design, adaptive learning environments, and the motivational effects of choice.
With a PhD in Media and Instructional Psychology from TU Chemnitz and postdoctoral experience in media research, Sascha brings both theoretical grounding and practical relevance to one of education's most pressing questions: how do we learn best in a digital world?
