Claudia Pletscher is a member of boards of directors and advisory boards for digital transformation in various companies as well as a member of the Innovation Council of Innosuisse - the Swiss innovation agency. As an entrepreneur and investor, she is part of a network that initiates digital initiatives to integrate and promote digital skills in society. From 2014-2021, she was Head of Development and Innovation at Swiss Post at executive level, responsible for the development of digital business models and managed the business area of «trusted digital platforms» for various industries. Claudia Pletscher spent a large part of her career in management at IBM, where she also built up her expertise in the digital field at international level. She holds a Master of Law (CH + F) as well as an MBA (UK) and has deepened her education at IMD and the University of St. Gallen in the areas of digital transformation, AI and data analytics. In 2020, she was voted «TOP100 Business Women» for the second time in a row and is part of the «Digital Shaper Hall of Fame 2021», after three consecutive awards.
