Anastasiia's research bridges machine learning, optimization, and privacy – with a particular focus on decentralized and collaborative learning systems. Her work tackles a fundamental challenge of our time: how can AI systems learn effectively across distributed environments while remaining trustworthy and privacy-preserving?
With a PhD from EPFL, postdoctoral experience at Stanford's Trustworthy AI Research Lab, and research stints at Facebook AI Research and Google Research, Anastasiia brings a wealth of experience from the world's leading AI institutions to Zurich.
