Program Start 2026

Thank you very much for your interest in the Digital Society Initiative and the Excellence Program for PhDs. Our complementary doctoral program starts annually in September 26.

For the September 2026 intake, you can apply here  from January 15 to March 15, 2026 . The link to the application platform will follow on January 15, 2026).

Please note that the Digital Society Initiative will no longer have any scholarships available from 2026 onwards and that you are applying to participate in the program (without funding).
