In his report Michele Loi from the Institute for Biomedical Ethics and History of Medicine at the University of Zurich develops recommendations on how systems for automated personnel management can be used in an ethically appropriate manner. The recommendations are summarized in German in the position paper Strengthening Rights and Autonomy of Employees - Why Legislators, Companies and Works Councils Need to Act.
