The DSI Community Work explores how technological advances and other forces are changing the world of work and how people and societies can act to steer change in a positive direction.

The community brings together researchers from different disciplines and faculties to promote a scientific understanding of digitalization and its impact on workers, managers, organizations, the economy and society in general. In doing so, members of the community seek to harness the opportunities of digitalization to make work better for people, and events aim to bring together scholars, practitioners, and the public. This with the aim of engaging in a dialogue about the opportunities and challenges that people will face in the future of work.
